What we keep

When you write to Bayham, we keep your correspondence and the contact details in it, such as your name, email address, postal address and phone number. We also keep anything else you choose to include.

Why we keep it

We use it to deal with your correspondence and to look after the family's affairs. We rely on our legitimate interest in handling those matters. We don't sell it or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence while the matter it relates to is open and for six years after it closes. Then we delete it.
